The truth and facts are an open book and revealed in a law suit and countersuit in Denver Colorado. Public records will tell the whole story and you can decide what happened , what went wrong, and was the broker at fault or was he a victim of circumstances out of his control and a victim and condition of the real estate market and economy in general. There was no one to bail out Bob as opposed to the bailout of faultering companies by our government with your tax dollars!
Write Bob he will tell you the truth.

You know, last I heard he got an audit on all of his transactions- but they turned out ok with no wrong doing. But to be honest, I haven’t followed this story up- too many other things going on. If I get some time here this week, I’ll do some research and see what I can find out…
