It’s been a long time since I last posted. I’m surprised I still have this many readers! Lots has changed, to say the least!  The market is crazy right now- tons of deals out there, and I’m doing a ton of REO business! When things slow down, I’ll update this site, update the market charts, and start posting a little more…  You guys surviving, or did most of you run back to the Stock Market and the Real World?
