After graduating with my Master’s Degree in Technology, I decided to look into picking up a rental or two for a long term investment. Shortly thereafter, I started studying pre-foreclosures as a source of deals. I flipped my first deal in 3 weeks, making more money than I did in 6 months of using my Master’s Degree at a Scottsdale based ‘dot com’. It didn’t take long to realize which direction my career needed to head.
